Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking quashing of complaint COMI 211 dated 29.07.2016 (Annexure P1) under Sections 406, 498-A, 506 and 323 IPC; summoning order dated 05.05.2017 (Annexure P2) passed by Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ferozepur and order dated 09.03.2018 (Annexure P4) passed by Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ferozepur declaring the petitioner as proclaimed person on the basis of compromise/affidavit dated 26.07.2022 (Annexure P5) and all other proceedings arising therefrom. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition.
