Prayer in the present petition, filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023, is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in a case FIR No.0099 dated 06.06.2025, registered under Section 15(C)/61/85 of the NDPS Act, 1985 (offence under Section 29 of the NDPS Act, 1985), at Police Station City Sri Muktsar Sahib, District Sri Muktsar Sahib. 2.

Vide order dated 31.07.2025, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join investigation. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to order dated 31.07.2025, petitioner has joined the investigation and as such his interim bail may be made absolute.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, has affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation.
