Prayer in this petition, filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. read with Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, is for quashing of FIR No. 254, dated 01.07.2024, under Sections 323, 341 and 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Ladwa, District Kurukshetra.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that after filing of the present petition, the petitioners and all the affected parties amicably resolved the dispute, vide compromise dated 15.03.2025. Thereafter, the petitioners filed another petition, bearing CRM-M-171992025, for quashing of aforementioned FIR No. 254, dated 01.07.2024, under Sections 323, 341 and 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Ladwa, District Kurukshetra, on the basis of compromise dated 15.03.2025, effected between the parties.
Further submits that after recording of statements of affected parties and receipt of report dated 21.04.2025, sent by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Kurukshetra, the prayer made in CRM-M-171992025 has already been allowed by this Court, and the FIR in question PRASHANT KAPOOR 2025.07.19 14:45 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgement
CRM-M-44136-2024 alongwith all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom, has already been ordered to be quashed, vide order dated 19.05.2025. Learned counsel for the petitioners, thus, prays that present petition, be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. Ordered accordingly.
