(ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of FIR No. 0076 dated 17.03.2021 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 323, 406, 498-A and 506 IPC at Police Station Chhapar, District Yamuna Nagar, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on merits.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the impugned FIR (Annexure P-1) has been quashed by this Court vide order of even date passed in connected petition bearing CRM-M-177512024, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties, therefore, the instant petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of, as such.

Learned counsel for respondent No. 2 has not disputed the aforesaid submissions of learned counsel for the petitioners. In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
