The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for seeking directions to the Rent Controller to decide the Rent Petition bearing RC No.28 of 2020 titled as "Vimal Grover Vs. Ravinder Puri" in a time bound manner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that rent petition was filed in the year 2020 on a bonafide grounds and the respondent is delaying the proceedings on one pretext or the other. He further submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if learned Rent Controller is directed to expedite the trial of the rent petition.

Without going further into the merits of the case, learned Rent Controller is directed to dispose of the rent petition as expeditiously as possible. 4.

The present petition is disposed of accordingly. 5.
