The petitioner apprehending arrest in the FIR captioned above, has come up before this Court seeking anticipatory bail under Section 438 CrPC. 2.

At the outset, counsel for the State on instructions submits that both the petitioners i.e. Gulab Singh and Hans Raj, have been arrested, rendering the present petition infructuous.
