It is, thus, evident that the case is being adjourned time and again. It appears that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the matter any further.

Hon'ble the Supreme Court on 19.11.2024 in Nilesh Dnyaneshwar Desale Versus The State of Maharashtra: SLP (Criminal) Diary No.22040/2024 deprecated the practice of adjournments and dismissed the case for want of prosecution. 5.

In the circumstances, the instant petitions stand dismissed for non-prosecution.
