Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the revision petition which had been preferred in the year 2020 is pending adjudication and, therefore, direction be issued to the respondents to decide the revision petition in a time bound manner.

Issue notice to the respondents No.1 to 3 at this stage. At the asking of the Court, Mr. Anant Kataria, DAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 and 3.

The petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 to consider and decide the revision petition in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
