(ORAL) Petitioners herein, inter-alia, seek issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to relieve the petitioners from present places to transferred places in compliance of transfer order No.2419-2521 dated 25.11.2021 (Annexure P-2). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that petitioners were appointed as Agriculture Development Officer.On 08.01.2020 and 14.01.2020, they were transferred on deputation under General Scheme to office of Sub Divisional Agriculture Officer, Loharu and Head Quarter, District Bhiwani. Vide order dated 30.09.2021, they have been transferred as per their preferences. They were directed to join within seven days but till date they have not been relieved.

In these circumstances, petitioners caused legal notice dated 05.12.2021 (Annexure P-10) to the respondents but to no vain. Hence, the writ petition.

Learned State counsel, on advance service appears and submits that competent authority shall take appropriate decision on the pending representation dated 05.12.2021 (Annexure P-10). 5.

Transfers being matter of routine administrative exigency, no grounds to interfere are made out. The writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to pursue their cause with the competent authority. Pending representations be decided in accordance with law. 6.

Disposed of accordingly.
