The present petition has been filed under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure seeking regular bail in FIR No.99 dated 31.05.2024 under Sections 302, 307, 34 IPC, 1860 and Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959 (Section 120B IPC, 1860 added later on) registered at Police Station Ajnala, District Amritsar Rural.

Custody certificate dated 18.08.2025 filed in Court today is taken on record.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition, at this stage.
