(Oral) Counsel for the State has filed affidavit of the District Food Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs Controller, Karnal, along with an order passed in LPA dated 22.12.2022 vide which the operation of the impugned order dated 29.04.2022, passed by the Single bench is stayed. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file afresh petition, if so advised.
