RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.86, dated 31.07.2024, under Sections 329(4), 62, 351(2), 191(3), 190, 324(4), 305, 331(4) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, registered at Police Station Koom Kalan, District Police Commissionerate, Ludhiana.

Anticipatory bail petition filed by co-accused of the petitioner has already been dismissed by this Court vide order dated 29.08.2024 passed in CRM-M-39536-2024.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition, at this stage. Allowed as prayed for.
