(ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the prayer has been made for quashing of FIR No.269 dated 01.09.2017, under Sections 420 and 120-B IPC, Police Station City Barnala, District Barnala along with all subsequent proceedings arising out of the same. Upon notice, learned State counsel, on instructions from police official submits that in pursuance to detailed investigation conducted by the investigating agency, the petitioner has been found to be innocent in the present case on 05.10.2021, as such, nothing survives in the present petition.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
