Respondents have filed aforesaid suit on 19.08.2014 against the petitioners on the basis of their NRI status. It is submitted that by moving successive applications for amendment of plaint and miscellaneous applications, respondents-plaintiff are out and out to delay the decision of the case. In a span of five years only two witnesses produced by the respondents-plaintiff have partially been examined.
