The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the orders dated 24.05.2018 and dated 14.10.2021 whereby the eviction of the petitioner has been ordered on the ground that the premises is unfit and unsafe for human habitation. 2.

On 18.01.2022 the following order was passed : 'Notice of motion for 20.04.2022 confined only to explore the possibility of carrying out the repairs in the shop in question, with the consent of the landlords, at the risk and cost of the tenant-petitioner, since learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the only ground that weighed with the Courts below to pass the eviction order is that the current condition of the building is unsafe. Being solitary AMAN JAIN 2025.11.11 09:29 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

Meanwhile, status quo qua possession of the petitioner over the demised premises shall be maintained.' 3.

Since notice of motion was confined only to exploring the possibility of carrying out repairs, a query was put to the learned counsel for the respondents as to whether it is possible to carry out the repairs. 4.

Learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions from the respondents, states that the building is in a very dilapidated state and there is no question that the same can be repaired.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondents, no ground is made out to entertain the present revision petition and the same is accordingly dismissed. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
