This is a contempt petition filed under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondent for violating the order dated 15.09.2022 passed in CWP 17264 of 2022.

Short reply by way of Affidavit of Er. Raj Singh, Executive Engineer, Operation, Division, UHBVNL, Ambala Cantt, on behalf of the respondent has been filed by learned counsel for the respondent in the Registry. The same is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that the order dated 15.09.2022 passed in CWP 17264 of 2022 has been complied with and respondent has decided the representation of the petitioner and disbursed the payment of compensation to the petitioner. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the same. 5.

In view of the above, the present petition is rendered infructuous and dismissed, as such.

However, if any grievance of the petitioner is left un-redressed, she would be at liberty to raise the same in any alternate remedy, but in accordance with law.
