(ORAL) Prayer in this 1st petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 198 dated 11.05.2024 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 307, 379, 354, 506 IPC (Section 325 IPC added later on) and Section 25 of Arms Act, at Police Station City Meham, District Rohtak, Haryana. Custody certificate dated 11.09.2024 filed in Court today is taken on record, as per which, the petitioner has undergone the custody period of 3 months and 28 days as an undertrial. After arguing for sometime, when this Court is not inclined to accord the benefit of regular bail to the petitioner; learned counsel submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, at this stage.
