Through the instant petition, as instituted under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks issuance of directions upon the learned trial Court concerned, to conclude the trial emanating from FIR No.594 dated 08.12.2020, under Sections 384, 420, 120-B of the IPC, registered at P.S. Sector 5, Panchkula, District Panchkula, in a time bound manner. 2.

After addressing arguments for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant the asked for relief to the petitioner, inasmuch as, the similar relief has already been declined to petitioner's co-accused by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, through drawing an order on 08.01.2024, upon CRM-M-456-2024, therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the instant petition.
