RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for issuance of direction to respondent No.2 to decide the representations, dated 10.07.2023 and 16.11.2022, Annexure P-16 and P-15, of the petitioner against the order dated 11.10.2022, passed by respondent No.5, Annexure P-11, and letter dated 06.09.2022, issued by respondent No.5, Annexure P-8, whereby the official respondents in connivance with the Gram Panchayat have constructed a public street through the land under exclusive ownership of the petitioner and her family situated within the Abadi Deh of the village whereas no such street has been shown in any map of Abadi Deh or revenue record/field book. It is further prayed to restore the land of the petitioner to its original form.

It has been contended by counsel for the petitioner that Legal Notice, Annexure P-16, was sent to respondent No.2-Deputy Commissioner, on 10.07.2023 but the same has not been decided till date. After hearing counsel for the parties and going through the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2, i.e. Deputy Commissioner, District Hoshiarpur, to decide the Legal Notice, dated 10.07.2023, Annexure P-16 expeditiously in accordance with law preferably within one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
