Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for quashing of order dated 09.07.2025 (Annexure P-7) whereby learned Magistrate has issued nonbailable warrants against the petitioner, wherein petitioner is complainant in FIR No.32, dated 22.06.2017 under Sections 406, 498-A of IPC registered at Police Station Women Cell, District Jalandhar. There is no representation on behalf of petitioners. As per report of Registry, costs of Rs.15,000/- has not been deposited with High Court Legal Service Committee. Today learned counsel representing State of Punjab has placed on record modification of previous order passed by learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jalandhar and the downloaded copy of zimni order dated 19.02.2026 is also produced.
