RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.171, dated 14.11.2019, under Sections 363, 366-A IPC, registered at Police Station Division 5, District Police Commissionerate, Jalandhar.

It has been stated by learned State counsel that the petitioner has been acquitted in this case on 16.09.2022 and hence the present petition has become infructuous and may be disposed of as such. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also affirmed this fact. Petition is disposed of accordingly.
