CRM-30321-2021 For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed and copy of death certificate of appellant dated 17.06.2021, Annexure A-2 is taken on record.

CRM-30330-2021 in/and CRA-S-2827-2019 It is stated in the application that the appellant has since died on 24.05.2021 rendering this appeal as abated.

Application is allowed.
