(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondents No.2 and 3 to consider the representation dated 02.08.2024 (Annexure P-2), wherein a grievance has been raised for removal of illegal construction of ramps outside the houses by way of encroachment, which has led to the increase in the level of street and further leads to accumulation of water during the rainy season. 2.
