-.- JAISHREE THAKUR J. (ORAL) 1.
The instant petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.43 dated 08.04.2019 registered under Sections 307, 325, 323, 354, 354-A IPC at Police Station Arniwala, District Fazilka.
2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that he has been falsely implicated in the said case as no offence under Sections 307 and 354 IPC is made, while further stating that he has been in custody since 24.06.2019 and therefore, the petitioner is entitled to be enlarged on bail. 3.
Per contra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State opposes the bail application, while contending that the offences alleged against the petitioner are serious in nature and therefore, the petitioner is not entitled to concession of regular bail. 4.
I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 5.
Since the injuries attributed to the petitioner are on non-vital part of the complainant and the trial is likely to take some time to conclude and in view of the fact that no further investigation is required or recovery PANKAJ KUMAR 2020.01.28 18:13 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
