       Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana submit that the petition has been rendered infructuous as the respondent-authorities vide order dated 30.11.2022 has extended the period of contract of the petitioner from 01.09.2022 till finalization of the fresh tender, whichever is earlier, on the same terms and conditions. The aforesaid order passed by the respondent-authorities has been placed before this Court and is directed to be taken on record as Mark-X.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned counsel for the parties, the petition is dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
