The present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 to 4 to look into and decide the representation moved by the petitioner on 24.03.2023 and to get the FIR No.0017 dated 11.02.2023, registered under Section 447, 511, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Hathur, District Ludhiana Rural; along with certain other prayers. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail any other alternate remedy, in accordance with law.
