This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners on the apprehension that a complaint has been made by respondent No.2 under Section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Women Cell, Kaithal, District Kaithal.

Learned State counsel on instructions from Insp. Birmati has stated that no complaint has been made by respondent No.2 and infact as per instructions received by her, no FIR has been lodged at Police Station Women Cell, Kaithal, District Kaithal.
