       Case is taken up for hearing through video conferencing. Through this petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No.36 dated 25.05.2015, registered at Police Station Sadar Sangrur, District Sangrur, under Sections 307, 452 and 34 IPC, Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, 1959, and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, including the charge-sheet dated 07.08.2017, on the basis of compromise dated 06.12.2021 (Annexure P-3).

At the outset, learned State counsel submits that co-accused, namely, Deepak Kumar has been declared a proclaimed offender, whereas co-accused, namely, Salim Khan stood convicted by the trial Court, on 26.03.2018, for a period of five years.

Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
