(Oral) In pursuance of the directions issued by this Court vide order dated 15.01.2024, the learned State counsel has informed this Court that all the prosecution witnesses have been examined. Now, it is fixed for recording of statement under Section 313 Cr.P.C.of all the accused including the present petitioner.

In view of the specific statement suffered by learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition at this stage with liberty to reaccess this Court, in case there is an inordinate delay in conclusion of the trial.
