The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure with a prayer to quash the FIR No. 41 dated 17.01.2018 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 418, 420 and 506 IPC at Police Station Camp Palwal qua the present petitoner. 2.
Learned State counsel on instructions from Inspector Manoj Kumar submits that the present petitioner has been found innocent during the course of investigation.

In view of the statement made by the learned State counsel, nothing survives in the present petition and the present petition is accordingly disposed off.
