RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to provide adequate security and protection to the life and personal liberty of the petitioners who apprehend threat to their life from the hands of respondent No.4 and not to interfere in the peaceful life of the petitioners and not to intrude into the privacy of the petitioners by raiding their house time and again.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that at present petitioner No.2 is in Sirsa and she being 14 years is minor. They apprehend danger from respondent No.4. It is also submitted that petitioner No.1 has filed representation before respondent No.2 i.e. the Superintendent of Police, Sirsa. He submits that petitioner No.2 would approach respondent No.2-the Superintendent of Police, Sirsa and thereafter, she be sent to Nari Niketan, Sirsa itself.

CRWP-8627-2024 -2On asking of the Court, Mr. Sumit Jain, Addl. AG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the State. Let petitioner No.2 approach the Superintendent of Police, Sirsa (respondent No.2) within two days from today. On her doing so, respondent No.2 would take necessary action for sending her to Nari Niketan, Sirsa, till she attains majority and if the need be, necessary protection would also be granted to her as well as petitioner No.1.

Disposed of in above-said terms.
