RA-CR-108-2025 The applicant-respondent is seeking review of order dated 04.04.2025 whereby Mr. S.C.Goyal, District and Sessions Judge (Retd.) was appointed as sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the dispute between the parties. Counsel for the applicant-respondent and respondent in person are heard.

They are primarily raising the issue regarding the liability of the applicant-respondent. The issue raised by applicant-respondent needs to be answered by Arbitrator. This Court has no jurisdiction to decide the said issue.
