(Oral) Present appeal was treated as a petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (for short 'the Act'). Statement of the parties by way of separate affidavits was recorded at first motion stage on 17.12.2019. Same are Ex. P-1 and P-2. The matter was, thereafter, adjourned to today.

Both the parties are present in court and have made separate statements at second motion stage (recorded separately). They have submitted that they stand by their statements made by them at first motion. They have submitted separate affidavits, which are Ex.P-3 and P-4. As all the parameters laid down by the Apex Court in a judgment reported as 'Amardeep Singh versus Harveen Kaur, 2017 (3) SCC (Cri) 505', are met, we waive off the statutory period of six months.
