(ORAL) This appeal is preferred by the appellant-wife who had herself filed the petition under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 for dissolution of her marriage by a decree of divorce. In the said petition, the respondent was proceeded against ex parte and thereafter, considering the ex parte evidence led by the appellant, decree was passed in her favour. Aggrieved against the said decree, the present appeal has been filed on the pretext that a fraud has been played by the respondent as she was induced to file the petition to obtain ex parte divorce from him so that he may get PR in Australia.

Be that as it may, since the appeal itself is not maintainable, therefore, the appellant prays for withdrawal of the appeal in order to GURPREET SINGH 2019.03.28 10:20 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh
