RSA No.1352 of 2016 (O&M) The suit has been filed by the plaintiffs challenging the mutations mentioned therein regarding exchange of land measuring about one acre with the constructed house on the premise that they were minors at that time. The suit had been instituted in the year 2008, whereas, as per the record brought on record, they attained the majority way back in the year 1988, thus, the suit was ex facie barred by law of limitation in view of the provisions of Article 60(a) of the Limitation Act.
