***** NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Prayer in this petition is for quashing of FIR No.0244 dated 18.10.2021 (Annexure P-1), under Section 376-AB IPC and Section 6 of POCSO, registered at Police Station Kotwali, Nabha, District Patiala, on merits.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner today, as also on the last date of hearing i.e. 10.09.2024. On the last date of hearing i.e. 10.09.2024, following order was passed by this Court:- "Prayer in this petition is for quashing of FIR No.0244 dated 18.10.2021 (Annexure P-1), under Section 376-AB IPC and Section 6 of POCSO, registered at Police Station Kotwali, Nabha, District Patiala, on merits. Learned counsel for the State, on instructions, informs this Court that the petitioner in this case has been acquitted by the learned trial Court vide order dated DIVYANSHI 2024.11.28 10:38 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Manmohan Singh, reiterates her statement as noted in above reproduced order dated 10.09.2024 that the petitioner has been acquitted by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge Fast Track Special Court vide order dated 18.1.2024. A copy of the case status is duly handed over in Court, which is taken on record.

In view of the above, present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
