RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed for issuance of direction to the respondents for conducting free and fair investigation in case FIR No.0181, dated 10.04.2022, under Sections 148, 149, 323, 324, 354-A, 379-B, 506, 509 IPC, registered at Police Station Palam Dabua, Faridabad, (Sections 302, 354B, 120-B added later on and Section 354 A deleted) through some senior police Officer not below the rank of Superintendent of Police or through some independent investigating agency. It has been submitted by counsel for the petitioner that the Investigating Agency is not carrying out a free and fair investigation and hence it is prayed that direction be issued for carrying out the same fairly. Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr.B.S.Virk, DAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State and at the outset submits, on instructions from SI Subhash, Crime Branch, that the investigation has been completed and challan has already been presented before the Court of competent jurisdiction.
