DAYA CHAUDHARY (ORAL) Learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that the present appeal has become infructuous as decree of divorce by mutual consent in a petition filed under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, has been passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Sirsa on 30.10.2019. He has also handed over a copy of the judgment in CIS No.HMA-1109 of 2019 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Sirsa.
