Mr. Kanwaljit Singh, Sr. Advocate with Mr. Gurdit Singh, Advocate for the respondent. *** Despite the fact that vide last order dated 16.9.2019 final opportunity to address arguments had been granted, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant. On that date also learned counsel for the appellant had not appeared and some other counsel had put in appearance on his behalf stating that arguing counsel was unwell. A perusal of the file goes to show that the appellant had gone unrepresented on previous three dates of hearing and on another occasion earlier counsel for the appellant had not appeared. It seems that appellant is not interested in further prosecution of the appeal. The same stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
