[1] This petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 365, dated 11th November, 2021, under Sections 379 and 188 IPC and Section 21(1) of the Mines and Minerals (Regulation and Development Act, 1957), registered at Police Station Sadar, Narnaul.

[2] This Court vide order dated 28th January, 2022 granted interim bail to the petitioners subject to joining investigation. [3] Learned State Counsel, on instructions from Sub Inspector Sarika submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation and are co-operating.

[4] As no custodial interrogation is needed, the interim bail granted on 28th January, 2022 is made absolute. [5] Disposed of accordingly.
