**** H. S. GREWAL, J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 seeking direction to official respondents to inquire and investigate the kidnapping of petitioner on 22.05.2025 by respondent Nos.6 to 9.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner contends that he would be satisfied in case his representation (Annexure P-7) be decided in a time bound manner.
