In para 10 of the reply, it has been submitted that respondent No.5, who has been appointed as an Administrator, had executed about 90% specific development works in the village.

Vide impugned order dated 13.09.2019, the District Development and Panchayat Officer, Faridkot had appointed Sh. Shavinderpal Singh, Village Development Organizer as an Administrator under Section 200(1) of the Punjab Panchayati Raj Act, 1994 for the limited purpose of usage/utility of the funds in Gram Panchayat, Kothe Malooka Patti from 13.09.2019 to 14.11.2019 i.e. for a period of two months.
