The jurisdiction of this Court under Section 528 of the B.N.S.S., has been invoked for quashing of FIR No. 22, dated 12.01.2023, Under Sections 34, 409, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of IPC- 1860, Police Station Sector 7, Panchkula and further proceedings arising from the same qua the petitioner. (Annexure P-1). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition, at this stage, with permission to raise all the pleas before the investigating officer. 3.
