(ORAL) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the third respondent to allow the petitioner to join as Health Educator pursuant to appointment letter dated 11.11.2024, Annexure P-4. 2.

Learned State counsel contends that the petitioner's request for joining the post in question has been rejected by the Department vide speaking order dated 18.07.2025, which has been conveyed to him. 3.

In these circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to challenge the order aforementioned.
