(Oral) Learned counsel for the parties have apprised the court that there has been an amicable settlement between the parties. In view of the same, learned counsel for the respondent-husband has brought two demand drafts bearing No.052744 and 052757 dated 28.06.2019 & 24.07.2019 respectively for a total sum of Rs.15,20,000/- and handed over to learned counsel for the appellant. Photocopies thereof are taken on record as Mark 'A' and Mark 'B'.

At this stage, Mr. Sharma expresses an apprehension that any observation made in the decree may not reflect on either party. It is, therefore, clarified that any observation made in the judgment under challenge, which is adverse in nature, shall stand expunged. The settlement which has been reduced into writing is taken on record as Mark 'C'.
