The present petition is hereby disposed of without making any comment on the merits of the case with direction to respondent No.3 i.e. Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala to consider and decide as per law, the second complaint, if any lodged by respondent No.5 in the light of the law laid down by this Court in CRM-M-18244-2008 titled as Jaswinder PUNEET CHAWLA 2022.10.20 14:29 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
