LPA No.1860 of 2017 The appellant is in appeal against the judgment of the learned Single Judge.

The learned Single Judge negated the plea of the appellant for extending the benefit of a notification permitting registration of conveyance deed at the allotted price upto 31.03.2012, whereas the same was submitted it on 20.06.2012. Evidently, the terms of the notification disentitled the appellant to

LPA No.1860 of 2017 (O&M) -2any concession on this count, which has rightly been denied to them by the learned Single Judge.
