Present petition has been filed under Section 439 (2) Cr.P.C. read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to respondent No.2 by this Court in CRM M14015 of 2019, in case FIR No. 33 dated 02.03.2019 (P1), under Sections 406, 420 IPC, registered at Police Station, Tanda, District Hoshiarpur as well as for setting aside the order dated 12.09.2019 (P2). Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for some time, wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take recourse to the remedy available under law.
