Panipat (Haryana) 148, 149, 323, 506 IPC Seeking issuance of appropriate directions to respondents No.1 to 4 for taking strict legal action against respondents No.5 & 6 in the FIR captioned above, petitioner has come up before this Court by filing the present petition under Section 482 CrPC. 2.
After arguing for some time, petitioner's counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a complaint under Section 175 BNSS 2023 (earlier 156(3) CrPC).

Given above, petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. It is clarified that filing and withdrawal of this petition shall not come in the way of petitioner.
