Custody certificate dated 11.09.2024 filed in Court today is taken on record, as per which, the petitioner has undergone the custody period of 1 month and 15 days as an undertrial. After arguing for sometime, when this Court is not inclined to accord the benefit of regular bail to the petitioner; learned counsel submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, at this stage.
